La poste vient sortir un nouveau logiciel de tracking des colis, e-como. L'intérêt de ce logiciel est de vous avertir en temps réel de l'évolution du trajet de votre colis. Il est téléchargeable gratuitement sur le site de La Poste, très simple d'utilisation et destiné au client essentiellemnt.
"Je suis le compagnon virtuel à installer sur votre PC. Je circule sur internet pour pouvoir, en permanence, vous informer par un système d'alerte sur la situation de votre colis Colissimo dans le réseau postal.
24h sur 24, vous savez où se trouve votre colis.
